Dairy-free, gluten-free, flourless brownies with a real dark-chocolate taste.
Brownies – ah, there’s so many ways to make them, aren’t there? I mean, on this site alone there are Paleo brownies, such as these triple almond chocolate brownies, sweet potato brownies and zucchini brownies, other nut butter based brownies such as these chocolate peanut powder brownies, decadent brownies like my family favorite chocolate chip cookie dough brownies … you get the picture!
But if you feel like a really rich, dark chocolate baked treat? Well, look no further. These flourless brownies are an awesome combination of no-flour (not even almond or coconut flour), dark chocolate and nuts. I also took these to work for feedback on whether they were website-worthy and again, it was a resounding ‘yes’. I get the feeling they just love everything I make because it’s free food. Until I hear otherwise, I’ll keep deluding myself in the idea that my food is good!
Anyway, I was a bit worried, because these flourless brownies are very dark chocolate-tasting and I was worried they were a little bitter. One suggestion was that it could have used more sugar/honey. But then one of my team members said he preferred them the way there were – because he loves dark chocolate. I filed that titbit of trivia in my brain for future reference when I wanted to bribe him to do something for me. But don’t tell him that!
