Breakfast ideas

For years I would always eat a high-fibre cereal for breakfast and couldn’t stomach the idea of having any hot food for breakfast.  With the discovery of my gluten-intolerance, I had to branch out into the world of eggs, and other hot food.  I have now also discovered the joys of making my own granola, using gluten-free oats and other substitutes.  And, because my family enjoys having pancakes on the weekend, there’s a recipe for gluten-free pancakes that works relatively (!) well!

  2. I’m always searching for make-ahead or no-cook breakfast ideas, and while I don’t have to avoid gluten entirely, I like to minimize it. This was super helpful!
