For years I would always eat a high-fibre cereal for breakfast and couldn’t stomach the idea of having any hot food for breakfast. With the discovery of my gluten-intolerance, I had to branch out into the world of eggs, and other hot food. I have now also discovered the joys of making my own granola, using gluten-free oats and other substitutes. And, because my family enjoys having pancakes on the weekend, there’s a recipe for gluten-free pancakes that works relatively (!) well!

Hey There. I found your weblog the usage of msn. This is a very well written article.
I’ll make sure to bookmark it and return to read more of your helpful info.
Thanks for the post. I will certainly return.
I’m always searching for make-ahead or no-cook breakfast ideas, and while I don’t have to avoid gluten entirely, I like to minimize it. This was super helpful!
Glad to help you out! Let me know if and when you try any of these!
