Thanks for visiting!

I really love cooking.  I don’t try to pretend that I’m the world’s best cook (I’m not), but I love to try recipes I find on the internet or see on one of the many TV cooking shows – and I really enjoy sharing my favourite recipes with all who wish to experiment in the kitchen!

I am gluten-intolerent, so I spend a fair bit time finding ways to enjoy the food I like without contaminating myself.  Most of the recipes on here are either naturally gluten-free or can be made to be gluten free.

I love baking cookies (and eating the cookie dough), cakes, slices and other dessert-type foods.  Discovering new recipes and especially finding ways to make them safe for celiacs and gluten-intolerant people to cook at home is an adventure I really enjoy.  The recipes I’m putting on this website are those that I’ve tried and found to be yummy, relatively easy to make and a success 99% of the time.

I’ve tried to acknowledge where I’ve found all these recipes, but in most cases, I’ve forgotten, so please let me know if you’ve seen them somewhere else and I’ll give the author due recognition.

Please try out some of the recipes, feel free to comment on your successes (or failures!).

Cheers,

Sarah
