I like cookies … lots of cookies.  But I LOVE cookie dough.  Just ask my kids.  I will spend most of the time while making the cookies, drooling over the dough (not literally!).  And always have to sample a few (or more) spoonfuls while putting them on the cookie sheets before going into the oven.  Somehow it doesn’t really diminish the love of cookies … just enhances the whole experience.

These are recipes that taste great – both cooked and uncooked!  And ALL of these are gluten-free (or can be made to be!):

  Peanut butter cookies
Almond flour chocolate chip cookies            Chocolate peanut butter cookies
Anzac biscuits Flourless peanut butter cookies
Chocolate almond butter cookies  Gordon’s peanut butter and jam cookies
Chocolate chip cookies Monster cookies
Chocolate crackle cookies Peanut butter brownie bites
Cornmeal cookies  Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies
Flourless brownie cookies Peanut butter mystery cookies
Gingerbread cookies Peanut butter s’more cookies
Mint Chocolate French macaroons Peanut butter swirl brownie cookies
Oatiest oatmeal cookies Quinoa peanut butter cookies
Oatmeal choc chip cookies Sally’s peanut butter cookies
Pineapple cookies Sally’s ultimate peanut butter chocolate cookies
Sally’s chewy chocolate chip cookies
White chocolate sugar cookies

PS Do you notice most of my recipes have either chocolate and/or peanut butter?  In my opinion, it’s a match made in heaven and should be exploited in every way possible!  That’s why there’s a whole separate column for peanut butter cookies  (didn’t realise it was going to be almost longer than the ‘other cookies’ list!)
