I like cookies … lots of cookies.  But I LOVE cookie dough.  Just ask my kids.  I will spend most of the time while making the cookies, drooling over the dough (not literally!).  And always have to sample a few (or more) spoonfuls while putting them on the cookie sheets before going into the oven.  Somehow it doesn’t really diminish the love of cookies … just enhances the whole experience.

PS Do you notice most of my recipes have either chocolate and/or peanut butter?  In my opinion, it’s a match made in heaven and should be exploited in every way possible!  That’s why there’s a whole separate column for peanut butter cookies  (didn’t realise it was going to be almost longer than the ‘other cookies’ list!)
