Preheat the oven to 200C/375F. Lightly grease and line the muffin tin.
Peel, pit and chop fruit and fold into mixture.
To make this gluten free:
Substitute the 3 cups plain flour with 2 cups rice flour, 2/3 cup potato starch, 1/3 tapioca starch, 1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum.
