Honey tamari marinade
(Gluten-free, dairy-free)
Servings: 6
Ingredients
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 cup tamari sauce
- 1/4 cup white wine or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbs chopped fresh ginger or 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbs honey
- 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

Add chicken, or other meat to the marinade until completely coated.

Either cook straight away or cover and chill for a few hours to marinate.
