Chocolate pudding

Ingredients
  • 6 tbs sugar
  • 2 tbs cornstarch
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 120 g chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Whisk the sugar, cornstarch and cocoa together in a medium saucepan.
  2. Gradually shisk in milk, then cream.
  3. Whisk over medium heat until mxiture comes to a boil. Boil until thick, whisking constantly.
  4. Add chopped chocolate, boil until chocolate melts and pudding is thick again, whisking often.
  5. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla.
  6. Pour into pudding bowls and chill for at least 2 hours.
