Ingredients
1tin chickpeas(garbanzo beans)
2tspvanilla extract
165gnatural peanut butter
1/4cupcocoa powder
100ghoney
1teaspoonbaking powder
90gwhite chocolate chipsdairy free if necessary
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Drain the chickpeas and pat with a paper towel remove excess moisture.
Combine all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in a food processor and process until very smooth. Make sure to scrape the sides and the top to get the little chunks of chickpeas and process again until they're combined.
Put in the chocolate chips and pulse it once or twice. The mixture will be very thick and sticky.
Use a 1 tbs cookie scoop to make cookie dough balls and place onto a piece of parchment paper on a baking tray. Press down slightly on the balls as they don't do much rising.
