Bacon wrapped turkey cutlets

turkey cutlets

ketchup
check if sugar-free for Whole30

chili powder
1
tsp
ground coriander
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
onion powder
1/4
tsp
ground chipotle chili pepper
1
tsp
coarse salt
1
cup
pineapple chunks
or 8 pineapple rings
Instructions
Combine the chili powder, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, chipotle and salt in a small bowl.
Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over all turkey pieces.
Wrap 1-2 bacon slices around each turkey piece. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Heat a large frying pan with oil of choice and place the bacon-wrapped turkey with seam side down.
Cook until the turkey has changed color halfway through the thickness, then flip onto the other side.
Brush the turkey with ketchup until evenly covered.
Add the pineapple straight to the frying pan and cook in the juices until warm through.
Serve when turkey is no longer pink and the internal temperature reaches 175F.
