Apple bacon breakfast

Ingredients

apple
cored and cubed
1/2
cup
unsweetened almond milk
1/2
cup
trail mix
2
tbs
sunflower seed butter
or other nut butter of choice
2
rashers of bacon
Instructions
Fry up the bacon until crispy, place on paper towel to drain most of the fat.
Place the apple cubes, milk, trail mix (nuts, seeds and fruit) in a bowl.
Add the sunflower seed butter.
Chop the bacon into small pieces and add to bowl.
Mix to combine and enjoy.
