Peanut butter chocolate chip ice cream

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar or 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tin coconut cream
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and sugar/honey together until smooth.
  2. Add the milk and mix on low speed until all combined (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. Stir in the coconut cream and vanilla.
  4. Pour mixture into ice cream maker and churn according to ice cream maker directions.
  5. Add the chocolate chips in the last 1-2 minutes of churning.
