Servings: 2 people
  • 1 cup all purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  1. Preheat the frying pan to a medium-high heat.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Using a 1/4 cup, pour batter onto frying pan. Wait until bubbles appear on the top and the batter loses its glossy appearance before flipping.
