head of cauliflower

oil of choice
Instructions
Cut cauliflower into florets, removing stems and leaves.
Place florets into food processor and process until a rice-like consistency forms.
Heat oil in a medium-sized frying pan and add cauliflower.
Stir until all cauliflower is coated with the oil and has softened slightly.
Serve immediately or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
