(Paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free)
Preheat oven to 425F and line a pizza tray with parchment paper. Place the pre-cooked pizza crust on the parchment paper.
In a medium sized frying pan, fry the bacon pieces until crispy, then set aside on paper towel to drain some of the fat.
Using the same frying pan, saute the onions until just barely softened and becoming opaque. Do not overcook as they will continue to cook in the oven. Remove onions from pan and set aside.
Crack eggs into the same frying pan and allow to cook a little before stirring and combining. Once the eggs are cooked enough to hold their shape but still runny, turn the heat off and allow to sit.
Assemble the pizza by spreading the BBQ sauce on the pizza crust, followed by adding the bacon, onion and eggs. If using the cheese, be frugal with the amount as this is an egg and bacon pizza, not a cheese pizza with egg and bacon!
Sprinkle the pizza seasoning on top and bake for 9 minutes.
