Ingredients

pumpkin puree

eggs

Medjool dates
pitted
1/4
unsweetened cocoa
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Process the dates until a paste is formed, then add all other ingredients.
Spoon or pour into a lined 8x8 baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes (until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean).
Allow to cool to room temperature and store either in refrigerator or freezer prior to cutting into pieces.
