Sunbutter sesame energy bites

(Paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, no added sugar)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup tahini
  • 2/3 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and mix well.

  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes

  3. Remove from refrigerator and roll into 1-inch balls.  Place evenly on a parchment covered cookie sheets

  4. Freeze for 30 minutes before serving.

  5. Store uneaten balls in the freezer to enjoy later.
