Blueberry sweet potato smoothie

(Paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, no added sugar, vegan)

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sweet potato raw or cooked
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.
  2. Pour into bowl or glass and top with desired toppings, such as granola, additional blueberries, etc.
  3. Eat immediately.
