Chocolate avocado chia pudding

  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 10 medjool dates pitted
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbs tahini
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tbs ground flaxseed
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed food processor until smooth.
  2. Pour into individual separate bowls and chill. The texture is better overnight, but can be eaten relatively straight away if desired.
Recipe Notes

Substitute the flaxseed with protein powder for an additional protein boost!
