Almond flour pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour 150g
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk 160mL
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Heat a medium frying pan over medium heat, spray with oil and allow to heat.
  3. Pour batter into 4-5" rounds and cook about 2 mins on each side.
  4. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
