Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 6.5 oz pouch Crazy Richards powdered PurePB
  • 1/4 cup plain unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except the ice together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the ice and continue to blend until desired texture is achieved.
