A yummy peanut satay sauce that can be used in stir-fries, as pizza sauces and any other dipping sauce you can think of!

My awesome husband originally made this meal for me for my birthday a few years ago, using the recipe below for the sauce on the chicken.  Since then I’ve used it SO many times.  I love this peanut satay sauce – useful for chicken, beef and other protein-type stir-fries; we’ve also used it as a sauce for pizzas and just general dipping.  This is a real family favorite … I hope it will become yours as well!
