In my quest for finding good recipes all things peanut butter, I came across this one and liked it immediately. All natural ingredients, no added refined sugar, so quite healthy for you! Add whatever flavour jam (or jelly) that takes your fancy and you’re all set for a healthy take on the classic PB&J.
As per a lot of these healthy recipes, we find they taste much better straight from the freezer!
Peanut butter & jelly cookies
Prep Time 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 tbs natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup jam
Instructions

Process all ingredients together until a paste is formed.

Form into balls with your hand, and using your thumb, put a little indent into each of them.

Add approximately 1 tsp of jam into each ball.

Chill in either the refrigerator or the freezer. Keep in a sealed container.
