The combination of peanut butter, honey, cinnamon and vanilla gives this peanut butter granola a nice sweetness, but not too much. Toasting the oats gives a great crunch!
I love having granola and greek yoghurt for breakfast, but the lack of gluten-free oats when we lived in Chile made this a little difficult at times. When I traveled to the US, I always bought a couple of kg of gluten-free oats, so I had lots of fun making all the recipes I haven’t been able to for a long time … and this is one of those.
This combination of peanut butter, honey, cinnamon and vanilla gives this peanut butter granola a nice sweetness, but not too much. Toasting the oats in the oven, just a little bit, gives the crunch that I’m looking for. I love this recipe – just wish I could have it more frequently!
